3. White Labelling & Branding
Clients opting for white-label or custom branding services are responsible for providing accurate brand assets (logos, artwork) and for ensuring they hold the rights to any branding submitted for use on AEROV products.
4. Payments
Payment terms, accepted methods, and any advance or deposit requirements will be outlined in the quotation or service agreement provided to each business client.
5. Product Quality & Returns
AEROV is committed to delivering pure, safe, and quality-tested water. Any concerns regarding product quality should be reported to our team within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
6. Limitation of Liability
AEROV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where required by applicable law.
